Please read and accept our Terms of Use before continuing. By using IOMprint, you agree to the following conditions.
If the object you request is too large for our printer's build volume, we will automatically scale it down to the maximum printable size. We will inform you of any size adjustments before printing. No refunds will be issued for size reductions made necessary by hardware limitations.
We cannot guarantee that your printed item will exactly match your description or reference image. We will do our best to find or create the closest possible match, but the final result may differ from your expectations. Please provide as much detail as possible in your description — the more detail you give, the better the outcome.
We are limited in the 3D print files available to us. Not every design can be sourced or created. If we are unable to find a suitable file for your request, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. Please understand that some requests may not be fulfillable.
If the item you receive is completely different from your description and bears no resemblance to what you requested — and your description was sufficiently detailed — you are entitled to a full refund. Minor differences in style, finish, or proportion do not qualify for a refund. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
All prices are calculated by weight (grams) plus a standard service fee. Final prices may vary slightly from estimates shown on the site depending on the actual weight of the completed print.
Print times vary depending on size, complexity, and current order volume. We will provide an estimated completion time upon confirming your order. IOMprint is not liable for delays caused by technical issues or material shortages.
